How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Allowedbreast Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Allowedbreast Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Allowedbreast Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@allowedbreast.property and include:

  • Your name and the way you prefer to be reached
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We aim to confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may help when the contractor is licensed.
